Saturday Evening Church
This service meets at 5:00pm year-round. This service is ideal for those whose schedules prevent them from attending on Sunday morning. Everyone is welcome…YES, children, too!
Sunday Morning Church
This is a traditional (liturgical) worship service. Our services come from the Lutheran Service Book, the latest released hymnal of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. We join in a rich tradition and history of the church as we join together for liturgical worship. Many of the elements in these orders come straight from Scripture and have been used in the church for many years. As we join in receiving the Gifts of God’s Word and Sacraments using these orders, we join with the company of saints who have gone before us. Everyone is welcome…YES, children too!
Advent and Lenten Services before Christmas and Easter
These are held during the appropriate seasons and are held on Wednesday’s at 7:00 pm. These services emphasize the season’s theme and usually have a topical theme to the sermons that fits the applicable season.
Holy Communion
The Divine Service of Holy Communion is celebrated on the first, third and fifth Sunday’s of the month at both our Saturday night and Sunday morning services. Based on what God has said in His Word regarding The Lord’s Supper, non-members are asked to visit with the Pastor prior to the service before receiving Holy Communion.
Service and Sermon Broadcasts
Listen to our service here on our website or on KAYL 101.7 Storm Lake Radio at 9:00 am on the 4th and 5th Sundays of each month.
