June 7, 2026 – Proper 5 (Pentecost 2)
Scripture: “But the one who endures to the end will be saved.” — Matthew 10:22
Stewardship Sentence: In faithful endurance, we trust God’s provision and steward our lives with
perseverance, knowing He sustains us in all things.
Building Healthy Families: How many hours each day do you spend in front of a screen? (ouch…for the average U.S. adult it’s 7 hours and 3 minutes per day!) Playing golf? Shopping? Working? Although these activities themselves are not bad, hobbies, habits and jobs can takea great amount of time, replacing more important things if we let them. Psalm 90:12 instructs, “So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.” This week, choose wisdom over habit or impulse: prioritize the time you spend with your Creator and Savior, and those He has given to share this life with you. www.LutheranFamilyService.org Lutheran Family Service
